Hey that was suppose to be my job. I wanted to get a spaceship and get paid to remove the space junk. That's so not fair.

Kudos to the Swiss for trying to resolve a disastrous situation that can cause a lot of problems for anything traveling through our man made debris field.

Sony's Network Gets Hacked

As the Sony PlayStation hack aftermath continues, it seems the Network won't be back in full for up to a week. Sony, in its advisory note, cautions the 77 million victims to watch their bank accounts and check for phishing.

I am one of these 77 million people. CC is safe as it is an old expired pay as you go. Glad I never replaced it.

Need a New Job

I have been at my present job for 10 years now and I pretty much burnt out. The average lifespan in a call center is 2 years. The average lifespan of a call center is 5 years.Not a lot of job security.

Then again, it is just a job. I see no career her. I rather have a job that involves boats. That is kind of my passion. Anything from a canoe to a Yacht would do. A 52' Scarab would be even better. Running all four engines, racing through the ocean, oh baby!

I should have found a way back to Shuswap lake. I find it peaceful near the water. Lake more then ocean. The ocean kind of stinks will all the shit and toxic waste in it.

We it is almost summer and I am hoping to get out to some lake this year. I hate the fact that B.C. has rock beaches and not sandy beaches.

Oh well, I will keep trying to get back there.

Shaw TV

Shaw TV did a human interest story on my about the paranormal investigating that I do. It will appear on Shaw TV sometime in the near future. I had it filmed on my birthday this year. That was kind of fun.

I get to add more acting to my resume. That's two commercials and one TV show. Almost ready for IMDB :)

No Raise At Work

So I work for this call center in Canada and for the third year we have been refused raises. Funny how this comes from a a now multi billion dollar company that is publicly traded on the stock market.

They treat their employees as they would sweat shop workers. We are under constant harassment from our quality department to do better even if there is no better to be had.

Of course we still get paid better then most companies in this town are willing to pay, but the cost of living is going up every year, so is the Price of gas, food, hydro, car insurance etc. No extra pay, most of us (single parents especially) need to get a second job to make ends meet.

This does not seem fair when the exec and upper management get huge bonuses. Then whine that they have to downgrade from their 6.9 million dollar mansions. Fucking Whaaaaaaa!!!
